Kirby Super Star Arena with Plasma Ability in 3′18”60
The only other TAS Plasma vid I found was much longer than my own time, so I decided to upload mine anyway. This gets my vote for the best (and cheapest) ability for single player. Using slo-mo or frame advance allows you to charge and fire off Wave Cannons almost instantly, and you can simply chain them to kill anything in seconds.
